1. Acceptance

By placing an order or using Perfectly Translated services, you fully accept these Terms of Service.

3. Digital Services

All Perfectly Translated services are delivered in digital format. Deliverables are sent via email or secure link. No physical delivery unless expressly agreed for original sworn documents.

4. Prices and Payments

All prices are in Euros (EUR). Full payment is required before work begins. Quotes are fixed and confirmed in writing. Payments are processed via Stripe on checkout.stripe.com.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives commercial usage rights to the delivered translation. Perfectly Translated reserves the right to reference the project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. The client's original documents remain their exclusive property.

6. Confidentiality

All documents and information provided by clients are treated as confidential. We sign NDAs on request before receiving any material. Translators in our network operate under non-disclosure agreements.

7. Limitation of Liability

Perfectly Translated's maximum liability is limited to the value paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of delivered translations.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. The Court of Turin has jurisdiction over any dispute.
