Delivery Policy

Digital delivery

All Perfectly Translated services are delivered in digital format. Translated files are delivered via email or secure link. For sworn translations requiring original paper documents, physical delivery is agreed separately.

Delivery formats

• Technical translation: same format as the original document (DOCX, PDF, XML, DITA, etc.)
• Marketing localisation: requested format (DOCX, HTML, XLIFF, etc.)
• Software localisation: XLIFF, PO, JSON, TMX or other agreed formats
• AV translation: SRT, VTT, ASS or other subtitle formats

Rush delivery

Rush delivery within 48 hours is available as a paid add-on for most document types. Availability and cost confirmed at the time of order.

Start prerequisites

Work starts when we have received full payment, original documents, and project brief. Delays in providing materials by the client do not create liability for Perfectly Translated.
