Upload your documents through our contact form or by email. We accept Word, PDF, Excel, PowerPoint, InDesign, HTML, XML, and most other formats. For sensitive documents, we sign NDAs before receiving anything.
Within a few hours we confirm the word count, the correct service type, a fixed price, and an honest delivery date. If your material needs a specialist translator in a particular field, we tell you who will be working on it.
Your project is handled by a specialist translator in the relevant field, then reviewed by a second native speaker before it leaves our hands. For technical and medical content, we maintain a terminology database to keep every document consistent.
Files are delivered on the agreed date, in the format you need. We include a short project notes document with any important terminology decisions or domain-specific choices. If you need adjustments within 14 days, there is no charge.
The review is not optional.
Every translation we deliver has been reviewed by a second native-speaker translator before reaching you. It is not a paid extra. It is how we work on every project.
