Data we collect

We collect first and last name, email address, phone number, country, and order instructions provided. Documents for translation are used solely to deliver the requested service and are not retained beyond what is necessary.

Payment data is never stored on our servers. All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. The site uses localStorage only for cookie preferences.

Purpose of processing

• Deliver ordered translation, localisation, and review services
• Send order confirmations and project updates
• Respond to quote and contact requests
• Fulfil fiscal obligations under Italian law

Legal basis
