Most projects are priced per word, with rates depending on the language pair, subject matter, and delivery timeline. We also offer the three flat packages you can see on our pricing page, which are designed to cover the most common project sizes. For large or complex projects, we quote individually. You always receive a fixed price before we start.

Our standard service is entirely human. We do not deliver raw machine translation output. For some high-volume technical projects where clients request it, we offer machine translation post-editing at a lower rate, but this is always disclosed clearly and involves full human review of every segment before delivery.

A freelance translator is one person with one set of skills and availability. We are a team with specialist translators across multiple fields, language pairs, and availability windows. This means we can handle volume, maintain consistency across large projects, cover urgent requests, and have a second expert review every translation before it reaches you.

For standard documents up to 2,000 words, we can typically deliver in 24 to 48 hours. For larger volumes, rush pricing applies and timelines are confirmed when we receive the document. We will always tell you honestly if we cannot meet a deadline rather than promising something we cannot deliver.

Yes. A number of our longer-term clients work with us on a retainer basis, with a fixed monthly volume and rate. This works well for companies that have regular translation needs and want consistent quality and a dedicated point of contact. If this describes your situation, contact us to discuss options.

Our primary pairs are Italian combined with English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, and Polish. For other combinations including Chinese, Japanese, Arabic, and Russian, we work with verified specialist partners. If you have a less common pair, ask us first and we will give you an honest answer about whether we can cover it properly.
